Claire is an Award Winning Realtor with 23 years experience in selling homes, farms and investment properties. This past year (2025) Claire achieved the Platinum sales award and Top Team for Keller Williams Home Group. Claire has been ranked in the top 10 agents at both Keller Williams Innovation and KW Home Group Realty, and achieved Platinum Sales 2009-2025 with Re/Max. She was also ranked #73 in the top 100 Realtors at Remax in all of Canada in 2010. Claire knows rural properties, rental/investment properties and cottages. She currently owns all these types of properties in Dufferin (Mulmur), Centre Wellington/ Wellington County and Haliburton-Hastings County (Paudash Lake / Bancroft). Claire is a community focused Realtor that believes strongly in giving back to her community through sports, arts and other initiatives she is passionate about including Youth Mental Health.

After completing a university degree and earning her BA, she took the law clerk program at Fleming which followed with a placement at a law office that specialized in real estate/estate law, increasing her knowledge of real estate contracts. Maggie is now a fully licensed Realtor.Over the years she has raised her family in the Bancroft area and loves having the ability to help guide clients in finding their place in beautiful Hastings County (Bancroft & Surrounding areas).
